Welcome to the Hotel Petit Duquesne**!
A place filled with history
Housed in a former mansion of a shipowner built in tuffeau, noble stone of the Loire country, the Hotel Duquesne** is a vestige of the time when the Erdre flowed under its windows. It was not until 1929 that the works to divert the river underground to the Canal Saint-Félix and the filling of its main bed gave birth to the street that became the « Cours des 50 Otages » after the war.

We are partners of the Talensac car park, located opposite the hotel (rue Le Nôtre). For this reason our customers benefit of a preferential rate of only 8€ for 24 hours of parking. Do not hesitate to book before your arrival, we have a limited number of parking slots. This parking is limited to a maximum height of 1.80 meters.

Access
- By car: 5 parking spaces opposite the hotel. Contact us to reserve one for €8 per night.
- By bike: free, covered, secure parking in front of the hotel.
- By streetcar: line 2 "50 Otages" stop 150 m away.
- By train: 20-minute walk from the SNCF train station or 10-minute ride on the C2 bus (from the south station, destination "le Cardo", "Cirque Marais" stop).
- By plane: between 20mn and 50mn by cab depending on traffic. A shuttle bus takes you to the SNCF train station for €9.
